Who you are buying from
Every order on this site is a contract between you and Demo Shop. Questions go to the contact page.
Shopmorphic provides the software this shop runs on. It is not a party to your order and does not handle payments, delivery, refunds or disputes.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Prices include VAT. Delivery costs are shown on the product page and again before you pay. You pay through Stripe or PayPal on their secure page; we never see your card details.
Delivery
We send orders to the address you give at checkout. Delivery estimates are shown on the product page and are our best guess, not a promise. We will email you when your order is on its way, with tracking where we have it.
Returns and refunds
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by anything on this page.
Problems
If something arrives damaged, late or not as described, email us first at the contact page and we will put it right. If we cannot agree, you can raise it with your payment provider.
