Who we are

What we collect

When you buy something we keep your name, email address, delivery address and anything you write in the order notes or personalisation fields. If you use the chat or contact form we keep what you send us and the email address you give. If rewards are on, points and referral credit are kept against your email address.

We never see or store your card details. Payment happens on the page of the payment provider you choose (Stripe or PayPal) and they tell us only that the payment succeeded.

What we use it for

To send you what you bought, to email you about the order, to handle returns, and to answer your questions. If you tick the newsletter box we send you news and offers until you unsubscribe. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone except the delivery service and the payment provider.

How long we keep it

Personal details on orders are kept for 6 years, which is what UK tax rules ask of a business. After that the name, email and address on the order are removed and only the totals remain. Chat conversations are removed after 30 days unless you or we keep them.

Your rights

Go to My orders, type your email address and we send you a link. From there you can see every order you placed with us, download everything we hold about you, and ask for your details to be removed. We reply to a removal request within a month, and usually much sooner.

Where it is kept

This shop runs on Shopmorphic, a hosted platform run by Lightmorphic in the United Kingdom. Shopmorphic processes your details on our behalf and under our instructions. Its own policy is at https://shopmorphic.com/privacy.

Cookies

This shop sets only the cookies it needs to work: your basket, a sign-in for My orders, and where you came from if you followed a link with a code. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no banner to click.
